i finally had my chance to try on the volleyball and what i can conclude is i m not talented. haha
My swollen wrists , went from reddish to purple-blueish, lil hurt when i pressed on it. that is co called broken blood vessel which means some busted capillaries caused by the frequent hit by the volleyball at the bad spot on my arm
"practice makes perfect" but problem is i m not sure how many times i need to go thru this before i can take up the basic techniques of volleyball. LOL
Overall, its a nice try! thx deardear for teaching me patiently
i pretty sure It will heal on itself all in good time, but tomorrow till friday, i wil be working for 14 hours each day for a part time position
