雨天。。。

这星期都是雨季。 没有心理准备下，都被耍得团团转。
一星期的七天，我淋雨淋了四天。
昨天被困在超市， 真得很想我有个神奇袋。
脑海浮现的的“如果”越来越多。怎么没有好心人士会递一把伞给我。

如果：

• 有雨伞/雨衣，就好了。。
• 有人载，就好了。。
• 有一碗热腾腾的面，一碗烧烧的汤就好了。。。
• 有冰其淋吃就好了。。。
• 可以躲在被被睡觉就好了。。。
• 能看见彩虹，就好了。。。

可惜，最终还是变了落汤鸡！

i know you are too free, but BARE in mind, we are NOT! ok? we worked under pressure, and u just can't keep those nonsense away from us. Yeah, everything also got the procedures, but the way of procedures executed is definitely not as your STYLE!

i hate eating the "DEAD CAT"! BUT even hate when i need to explain tat THAT IS MY FREN'S THING!!!!!!!

Good Expenses....

This happen in the FOod Lab when i was doing my cookies, my fren told me she got a new SIEVE (usually used to tapis the flour, in case u dunno). She need a smaller throughput de, finally her "mama" manage to find and this cost her rm 500. when She use, only realise it is EXACTLY same as our rm2 sieve. Har?

跌眼镜。。。

Today morning, FINALLY manage to eat in 富山点心楼。Waited this time till neck also long . hehe. . Not many customers that time.

It is really so nice decorated, even plates also got printed its restaurant name. I Like the tea pot so much, looks antique, feeling nostalgic. This is the 1st time i giving good "service" to papa n mama, kept pouring tea to their cups, haha. but ended up, table clothes drank more than papa n mama

eating favourite 虾饺, walao, got 3 big prawns leh, 3 ar!....无眼花吧？那么大的”夹拿“？Papa nodded, n jiji zum zum.. "Sure 3 prawns la, rm 5 per plate leh!" Hah?

Papa asked me take more photos, so can come lesser. haha. He so willingly to be my actor, taking up the siu mai.

haha, that is the thing i did when popo refuse eating the antibiotic n all family members already no idea how to coax popo. Sorry to popo, but i had no option, everyone is worry that she not finishing the antibiotic given by doctor. ..just hope u will recover soon.... luplup u so much

Frozen tortise....

wow, Chen xi Lai really a Genius. haha, to enable Me to eat my favourite 9-Huang-Yeh baobao, my tortoise bao was kept frozen in the fridge.. wakaka, brilliant! this is the 1st thing i eat when i back to IPOH....i wish i will have a smoother life with at least lesser obstacles after i eat the tortoise bao. haha. having lesser accidents in the lab would be helpful d..haha

for those who has not seen what is a TORTOISE bao, you really OUT-DATED...wakaka.

miracle DO happen!

1st of all, wish to thank you Gorgor, Lao da, Ah Lun, Vileng, AMber and many buddy for helping me n comforting me. Imagine i was so helpless when i broke the lab equipment( a electronic balance's plug). at the same time was threatened that the thing cost rm 1000. BU HUI BA!

sleepless night for 3 days, kept thinking, either i will be extending my U days, till i manage to finish paying rm1k by washing dishes at school cafeteria, or ask from Ah LONG to get some money. sobsob, the sky was grey and the whole day i was under the moody cloud.

today, i truly believe in MIRACLE. tink tink tink. the day is again filled with miracle when dada + Lun manage to get me another new plug. oh.....so good la you all. i plugged in the plug n the weighing balance appear HELLO!. OMG, the world is so nice, n my life again filled with joy n speechless gratitude to u all. the whole day, i just cant stop smiling. Recalled back, feeling myself so fool that i trusted rm1k for a plug. kekekekekeke.

Today started off badly

1stly, need to woke early morning to boil water due to the "rumours" of electricity interruption for 12 hours, but seems is fooled.
2ndly, went giant to buy eggs...an unpleasant smell filled the air, rushed me to leave asap. Grab n go off quickly. Yeerr........ i grabbed a box of eggs with so many mould on top, and got some flying insects. wuek ...yak yak...an egg was broken in the box. There are so many choices, but i got the "nicest" box...what a day :(( Paying at cashier, buying my Darlie. "Dit", rm7.99? huh? my eyes blink there, still handing over money and blaming myself for seeing the wrong price tag again. But as a WISE CONSUMER, i ran back the rack n see. Oh, Rm5.99's price tag lightens my day. Smartly, i grabbed its price tag n showed to the cashier.

I was asked to have my money refund from the customer service counter. "kak, cashier salah harga, kata refund sini".... without hesitation, she took my receipt n eye scanning. "erm, rm2 i bagi U satu cawan sebagai ganti, boleh ke? seeing her putting the Anlene cup in front of me.
I nodded cool, hidding my excitement, n walked off with light speed, in case she changed her mind. Wow, rm2 can have the limited EXCLUSIVE edition Anlene cup leh, specially designed with a line that shows milk powder level should be filled.
Untungnya! Only this should be consider my day....hehe

so boring the whole day facing the com, so, decided to learn some craft work.
so happy i was manage to make them a success at 1st time trial. very satisfy and enjoy the process. is actually very simple to do...huhu

My gift for mid autumn

This is a memorable mid autumn festival for me. Unable to go home due to Heavy workload. The day was down for me.
But, that doesn't ended my day, received a hearty mooncake from my buddy.
Big round of applause to ALICE who make me this. 莲蓉单黄月饼。It brightens my day. So speechless that i actually had the VIP treatment to have her limited edition homemade mooncake. loving it...
it was nice n moderate sweetness. Appearance is competitive with the commercial. although yolk is not my cup of tea, but most important is IT is HOMEMADE.

Glass that BANG-proof

Wow, my school look elegant with so many glass. that shud be proud of, after waited the construction period for quite a long time. entrance changed all with glass door and window, even is automatic functioning, that shud be something to happy to have such an IN appearance for the school. Un fortunately, i had to admit that is not SUITABLE for me.

Imagine i had bang to the glass for twice in a week. It is automatic, n suppose it will open when i "rush" to it. BANG! aiyo, quickly turn down my head, stand back, wait it open widely, RUN!...so embarassing.... this is the 1st time i bang to a sliding glass door, which slides to the left. i din notice any sticker on the door, n as usual tot is it crossable. summore it is too slow motion, not opening when i was distance so close to it.. dumb dumb

2nd time, the centre opening sliding door. i din expect it is spoilt, i rushed to it, then it openned, but BANG again because it stucked half way dunno why...

yor.................y treat me that way. i tot this kind of things is enough for once after i bang to the glass the 1st day to school 3 years ago...ish ish...suey

Today while waiting my rambutan seeds to be soaked n boiled, an idea popped out..
tink tink tink...
Equipment in the food lab shhh..... + own bought ingredients = brownies.
successfully 1st time made! then, i refrigerated it

But, everything is so unpredictable!!!
AGAIN, suddenly the whole school building was blacked off. Yeah, once again, this is not the 1st time.
All final project student rushed their fastest 100m to lab to settle the mess, all lab apparatus and equipments were shutted off within seconds.
"OMG, my banana peels still in oven!"
"OMG, my fish will sting in the fridge!"
"OMG, my cookie dough just half done!"
"OMG, i need to re-count the drying time!"
"OMG, i need to redo the whole process!"
"OMG, my fremented juice!"
And i just noticed i have many "OMGs" also.
My rambutan seeds and cookie dough are in the fridge! pls dont mould so fast
My washed equipments still in the dryer. sobs, i need to LAP myself.
My brownies is in refrigerator! pls, melt in my mouth, not in the fridge
BAD timing!
After some strugglings, all things still ok, except my BROWNIES.
remember? is cheezy....., n i started to see it melting with thin layer of water on top after 15 minutes.
Thus, supposingly it was a brownie, i cut into squares, enabling it to put into the small freezer to maintain the temperature. Finally, transformed it into
cheezy choco SQUARES
if it really melted, i bet my tears will also flood n melt the lab.....wakaka

惨了。。

曾师奶从小就灌输一个无头绪的概念给我。 “吃种子的人，肚子或头会生出棵树来”。 因此从小连西瓜的种子也会吐出来。你妈妈有跟你讲过同样的东西吗？

问题来了，我的 FYP 竟然选中用红毛丹种子做饼干。天啊，有点怕怕的。不要肚子长出树苗啦。更可恶的是，几乎天天都会要试吃，惨了咯！而且全都在我试验中。 这么多年来，好像只有两个人做过。我就是第三个。
有报道说红毛丹种子有毒，是不能吃的。贾辣咯！张智成可真的要“保佑我”了！

但今天真的创造了奇迹！ 当然不是我头上真的长出树苗啦！我竟然成功作出第一批饼干。 本来没信心，没料到掀起了小热潮。大家都两协插刀，吃起来了，还说不够呢！ 哈哈，有救了，等下生出树苗来也不会是我一个了，有人陪我了。 哈哈。但其实放心啦，我有做足工夫“去毒” 的。

只想谢谢你们愿意尝试，更感激你们竟然还立起了大拇指。 我会加油的。

1 Malaysia ?

为了响应 1 Malaysia，我委屈自己跟印度同胞同一屋檐下。哈哈。
你相信吗？其实是没得选啦。搬新家，很想有一个新开始，毕竟过去有些事闹得不太愉快。

常常对别人说，我看化了，看开了，其实怎么可能那么快放得下？只能说，人与人的感情不是容易得来的。即使你剩一个人 ，还是得向前走。

跟印度同胞住，有时还很有趣的。
开始接近印度的文化， 天天都听印度歌，印度话。
从柠檬味的洗地剂，要改为花卉味，
从光亮颜色的房子, 改为暗沉的颜色。
厨房不再以蚝油调味，却放满了橙色和红色调味粉。
电视台不再是华丽台独霸，而换成了一连串的印度节目。

其实也不知是好事还是坏事，
天天用 ambiPure 来盖过所有味道，还是能熬过去的。
搞不好我有一天会讲流利的"unt deh deh "话呢！

〉Espresso Tofu Cake ...

Looks good? (black is espresso flavoured tofu) Some praise is good, some praise is okok...no one dare to say NO GOOD.. wakaka It has the mouthfeel nearly same as soft cheesecake, but because i used the wrong type of tofu, so it ended up not so smooth.

*At least now i know Tofu got banyak jenis, not limited to Japanses tofu and The white tofu. Haha.

牛年 - 笨牛 - 小牛

what a COW COW day...
i want to blame WxTSON pharmacy, for having the non-transparent plastic bags. wondering y?

a windy evening, .... imagine I DUMPED my dompet with a WXTSON plastic bags.

next morning, i started my operasi cari dompet. i went for a thorough check and search, even wearing a glove searching my dustbin, yak yak... still found nothing.. sobsob when everything getting so "grey", having high possibility being pendatang haram and can't drive Sasa. i just can pray for miracle. that is when i stop serching n wait for half n hour for it to pop out. meanwhile giving myself time to recall where i put. but, it seems not working.

on that very minute, i asked my kakak。 OMG! i have a smart n pretty kakak, who so smart, kept the WXTSON bag n predicted somebody will come n ask for it. she swept floor and felt it is heavier than ordinary rubbish bags, then she saw a dompet inside. . haha. so so so good, so happy on that moment. Rainbow after the rain!

俺太无聊，注定苦力命，有事没事都到外走走。
搭上几趟的电梯，发现电梯里竟然有那么多种人
果然是曾师奶说的"一种米养百种人”

进了电梯

• 有的 "哎哟，电梯不是上楼的哦！"
• 有的 滔滔不绝，讲个不停。 " 矣?忘了按几楼啊！"
• 有的 "异, 做么过了我那楼的？ 忘了出去meh? "
• 有的 "到了吗？到了啊？那么久，真是烂！"
• 有的 "Paiseh 咯，按错几楼了"
• 有的 “开门？关门？哎呀，你按啦，我不会分！”　

当电梯故障时，

• 有的　“不行，我晕了，我晕了“
• 有的　就跟紧急铃拼了，死都不放手
• 有的　对着传播器 “来人啊！”
• 有的 心静自然凉
• 有的 "又来？习惯就好. "

你又做过多少样啊？ 嘻嘻！
结论是 ：电梯小姐很重要！瓦卡卡！

SHIFTING ...house

Shifting house is an interesting job i thought at first. Imagine having a better environment, meeting new people, and everything is just start from the zero again.

But, in fact, i just realise shifting house is a difficult task, especially when there is no kuli can help out, dust make u "ha chi ha chi " upteen times, many big plastic bags and yet not enough to put all your things in, endless stacking of books out of the shelf, mind always flooded with "Clear" and "Throw" words

Even surrounded by the nostalgia feelings when found out some good memories things, reluctance to move out cos missing those happy days, complaining so many $ spent on belongings till now need to clear so many stuffs

U have been long with me, U guarded my house, Without U i can't have a good sleep, U are the one, U always be with me whenever i go.....My house key, with the creative Hens and chicky picture... gonna miss u as no longer have the chance to use anymore. weeps ... bye bye le .. Good bye.... i shall be reserving the happy memories and keep moving forward....

8. 斗斗和司奶可来个下午茶

放假就如新开始, 歇一歇，停一停； 然后再冲冲冲， 斗斗斗
既然放假，

• 有益身心
• 又让人快活
• 能让人增寿
• 可减少压力
• 促进食欲
• 放松心情
• 学校省电费
• 厕所省水费
• 校巴省油钱

就求求学校，行行善，我的假期放久一点啦！

today after exam, finally release stress, settle all things, went toilet to "extinguish small fire", "dumb!",what a nice small voice.....i din erm erm also. aiyak.......my short de button suddenly drop jo..i thought is small case, dim ji, it dropped into the MANGKUK....ishhhhh, luckily that is only the extra button, not really obvious.

going to old town, "nanyang kopi-o ice" satu. talk n chit chat. eyes looking other place, but hand feel a black rode-like thing on table, y my straw is outside? then wanna put back to the drinks. half way putting in only realise, oh gosh... that is the pencil la. bad oldtown, pencil also can same colour with the straw.. trick ppl meh?

back to home, after a refreshing bath, go take some yogurt drink, "ping piang", my...my....my...leg. sot de, chili sauce can just drop to my leg..want to remind me long time no use also no need give hints till so obvious ma...

watch drama till half way, seems forgotten something.. Matress i dumped in to wash this morning STILL in the washing machine. Nevermind, now hang also can. yih? why machine is openned? so good got ppl hung for me d? no wo, still there, summore why got slippery feel de? only recall back i din close the cover! in short, the machine only fill water n drain. something like "gan lao"

what a messy day!
