recently because of some unhappy things, special thanks to lao da, bought me my favourite MARSHMALLOW... so sweet. if ever i no more gigi, u will be the 1st to know why.
i so geh po n curious why will have this candy. so difficult to imagine the mouthfeel, so soft, fluffy n yet so yummy and light baby colour. undeniable that it is sweet. According to my homework.. Marshmallow is a plant!!! used for medicinal purposes neh, curious where those candy come from? is actually from the root. haha... eating root make me remind back those thosand ages ginseng. haha.
main ingredients are such as egg whites, water, and sugar or corn syrup, with the sap of the marsh mallow root as a binder. the procedures i don't want gepoh la, later pecahkan ppl punya rice bowl. haha.
more important is, it can also provide job opportunity to the dentist and "gam yu lou"... wakaka..
